Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

You should have received an email from registration@demolitionassociation.com noting your company's complimentary allotment and corresponding code to register your staff. If you need this information resent, contact registration@demolitionassociation.com.

Exhibitor Services Kit

You should have received an email from Levy Expositions, NDA’s official general services contractor, with a link to the Exhibitor Service Kit and instructions on logging in. If you did not receive this email, please reach out to operations@levyexpo.com. The Exhibitor Service Kit includes information on shipping, EAC registration, booth orders, furniture rentals, and important exhibitor logistics. 

Lead Retrieval

Order by Wednesday, January 21 for early pricing. Pre-ordering your package is encouraged. There will be limited availability for orders onsite. Order your lead retrieval system online here. If you have any questions regarding lead retrieval, please email itevents@smithbucklin.com.

Onsite Drone Photography/Videography

Continue to market your products and brand after Demolition Phoenix by booking a session with our exclusive event photographer, Roosed Media. Submit the Photography/Videography/Drone order form as soon as possible as session spots are limited. Please note, personal drones are not permitted at the Live DEMOlition Event®. Orders must be paid in full prior to your shoot via check or credit card.
