Board of Directors

Each year, NDA members nominate candidates for the Board of Directors. One-third of the Director-at-Large positions are up for renewal or replacement annually. The Leadership Development Committee and current board review nominations, creating a candidate slate. This slate is presented and confirmed at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors (open to all members), held during the Annual Convention & Expo. The board then elects its officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Past President. Director terms are three years, with a maximum of two terms. Officer terms are two years. All terms begin and end at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors.
