DEMOLITION magazine is the official quarterly publication of the National Demolition Association. It provides information on projects by NDA members, occupational safety and health, environmental protection, insurance, management techniques, regulatory development and what’s going on in the association. NDA members receive a copy of every issue in the mail. If you are not an NDA member, you can purchase a subscription here.

  • Execution Under Pressure – Taking down the 1.3-million-square-foot Parkland Hospital campus in Dallas meant working inches from active hospitals while managing abatement, separations and vertical demo on a compressed timeline. Lindamood executed the entire project with meticulous planning and zero disruptions.
  • Garage Gone – Alamo 1 removed a seven-story structure in Houston, opening the door for new development.
  • Clearing the Way for Clean Water – Empire Services dismantled a 198-foot clarifier and an aging control building in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, executing a complex lift-driven demolition that protected critical wastewater operations.
  • Restoring Vineland – Terra Technical Services led the full abatement, demolition and restoration of the Howard M. Down Generating Station, transforming an aging coal-fired plant into safe, open greenspace for the Vineland, New Jersey, community.
