Dave and his Four Day Weekend colleagues are authors of the book Happy Accidents, the Transformative Power of Yes, And at Work and In Life, which became a National Bestseller in its first week. He is an Entrepreneur in Residence at TCU's Neely School of Business sharing their "Yes, And" philosophy and how it applies to business. Dave, was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for Entrepreneurship from NACCE, The National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship.
