Member Login Help

Welcome to our updated website!  If you are any employee of a current member company and need to create an account, please follow the below instructions.

Create a New Employee Account

  1. To create a brand new login for yourself, begin by selecting the bright green login button on the top right hand side of the screen
  2. Select the “Create Account” button. If you already have an account, select “Reset Password” and follow steps 4-5 below.
  3. A new browser tab will open and will ask for you to "sign up with a new account".  Proceed to enter with the username email and password you would like to use for your main account and click "Sign Up"
  4. After you enter your information you will be sent a verification code to confirm your account via email.  The email will be delivered from no-reply@verificationemail.com.  Please check your spam or junk mail for delivery.  
  5. Once you receive and enter your verification code, you can proceed.
  6. As you create your personal account, you will be asked for basic contact information as well as your picture!
  7. Organization Information - during this step, make sure to join your current member company.  This will allow you to receive member benefits.
  8. Select your role with the organization.  Select Primary Contact or Billing Contact if you wish to manage the employees assigned to your organization.

Reset Current Password

  1. If you already have an employee account and need to reset your password, begin by selecting the bright green login button on the top right hand side of the screen
  2. Select the “Reset Password” button. If you need to create a new account, follow the instructions above to create a new employee account.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. You will be sent a verification code to confirm your account via email.  The email will be delivered from no-reply@verificationemail.com.  Please check your spam or junk mail for delivery.  
  5. Once you receive and enter your verification code, you can proceed.
  6. Update any changes to your contact information
  7. Organization Information - during this step, make sure you are linked to your current member company.  This will allow you to receive member benefits.
  8. Select your role with the organization.  Select Primary Contact or Billing Contact if you wish to manage the employees assigned to your organization.
