Exhibitor Service Kit Live!

The 2023 Demolition Phoenix Exhibitor Service Kit is now live!

You should have received an email from Levy Expositions, NDA's official general services contractor, with the link to the Exhibitor Service Kit and instructions on how to log in. If you did not receive this email. please reach out to operations@levyexpo.com

The Exhibitor Service Kit includes information on shipping, EAC registration, furniture rentals, and important exhibitor logistics. 

REMINDER: All exhibitors MUST carpet their booth space. The order form for carpet can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Shipments may arrive between January 18 - February 15

Should not arrive prior to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22

Exhibitor Registration

Each exhibitor receives One (1) complimentary Full Conference registration.  Booths that are 400 sq. ft. or larger also receive complimentary Expo Only passes. Each company has the opportunity to purchase Full Conference and Expo Only passes for additional employees.

Please note: a code for your complimentary registration was previously sent to your company contact. If you do not have your registration instructions, password, or complimentary code, email the NDA Registration Team at registration@demolitionassocation.com.
