As the sponsor of our Live DEMOlition Event™, your logo will be featured on the PPE Hard Hat, onsite signage, and pre-event communications. The NDA will develop a marketing campaign to promote your partnership with this event. This includes additional branding and promotion through breakfast onsite, the opportunity to welcome attendees to the event at entry to the Live DEMOLITION Event™ site and branding on the wristband for the event!

Sponsoring the Live DEMOLITION Event™ transportation shuttles gets your company’s name, logo, and brand message directly in front of attendees, volunteers and guests. Signage on the side of buses traveling back and forth between the hotel and Live DEMOlition Event™ entrance is the first and last thing seen by attendees.

Need a quiet place to host your small meetings during the event? NDA has available meeting rooms for use for the duration of the event. Availability is first-come, first-served. Sponsorship includes meeting room provided by NDA to do with as you please. Sponsor is responsible for any charges within the room (catering, audio visual, electrical, etc.)

CONFERENCE NOTEPADS AND PENS - $5,000
Daily reinforce your brand with attendees by creating a branded convention notepad that they can use to take notes in sessions and during their discussions on the Expo floor. Includes your company logo and NDA logo. Notepads will be distributed at registration.
NEW! BEER ON-THE-GO - $3,500
Give NDA attendees a drink ticket for a cold adult beverage! Your logo will be included on a drink tickets and you will have the opportunity to hand them out at your booth during designated expo hours. Includes a push notification in mobile app to drive attendees to your booth to pickup their drink ticket. Sponsorship includes 100 drink tickets.
VISIBILITY METER BOARD - $2,500 (Three Remaining)
Drive traffic to your booth with two full-color, double sided signs, each measuring 3’ wide by 7’ tall. This gives you a chance to communicate two separate, high impact messages. The meter board will be placed in the NDA meeting space in a high traffic area. Signs will be placed by NDA in random order.
DAILY EMAIL ADS - $1,500 (Three Available)
Bring your message and brand to the NDA Attendees by sponsoring a banner advertisement in one of the Demolition San Antonio daily onsite emails. All attendees will receive an email at the beginning of each day of the event that will include highlights from the day before and upcoming information for that day.
