REGISTERATION INFORMATION Full registration includes admittance to all convention events. * Note: One exhibitor registration fee is included in the cost of renting booth space. The deadline for pre-registration is February 27, 2012. Attendance fees are listed below. Members of the Association receive a discount. Everyone must be registered to enter the Exhibit Hall.There is a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee included in each registration price.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY REGISTRATION WAS RECEIVED? When your registration is received and processed, you will receive confirmation by email or by mail depending on how you submitted your registration. Please contact the NDA office at 800-541-2412 if you do not receive your confirmation letter within two weeks of submitting your form. The deadline for pre-registration is February 27, 2012. After that date, you may register on site. PAYMENT INFORMATION The NDA accepts Checks, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Payment must be in US Dollars, drawn on a US bank. REGISTRATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS All changes to a registration or cancellations must be made in writing to the National Demolition Association. You may mail, fax or e-mail them to the office. The deadline for pre-registration changes is February 27, 2012. If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know before February 27, 2012. There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations after February 27, 2012 will be assessed a 20% service charge. • Select your preferred booth(s) or Equipment Area space by consulting the floor plan of Exhibit Hall A of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. • Indicate your choices on the Exhibit Space Application, calculate the cost and fax or mail the completed application with your 50% deposit (before December 31, 2011) or full payment (after December 31, 2011). The Association accepts Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. • Exhibitor space is initially allocated first by an Exhibit/Membership/Sponsor points system followed by a first come, first served basis. Contact the NDA for your standing in the points ranking.

• To qualify for the member price, you must be an NDA Member in good standing.
• Booths are 10’ x10’
• Carpet is not provided in the Exhibit Hall. The NDA will carpet the aisles, but booths and equipment areas are exhibitor responsibility.
• Backwalls are not permitted in the Equipment area. Two-level displays will be placed along a wall.
• Machinery may not be operated during the Convention.
• All Mobile Equipment is subject to approval by the NDA.
• Ceiling height is 24ft.

Room rates apply from Thursday, March 8, 2012 through Friday, March 16, 2012. *All rates are subject to applicable taxes which are currently 16.75% tax. There is a $30/person charge for the 3rd and 4th person in a room. All guaranteed room reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that time will be charged for one night’s stay and all subsequent nights and accommodations will be released. GOLF TOURNAMENT INFORMATION The 25th Annual National Demolition Association Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012. at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Golf Club. There is a 12:30 pm shotgun start. Buses will leave the hotel at 10:45 am. Pairings will be posted near the NDA’s Registration Desk in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center on Friday afternoon, March 9, 2012. If you need to rent clubs, please let us know if you need right or left handed.
