Registration for the Board Meeting includes the following items:
Cocktail Reception and Dinner on Friday, January 9th; board meeting breakfast and lunch on Saturday, January 10th and attendance at all functions.
Spouse/Guest registration includes:

The fees are as follows and must be paid prior to the convention:
$225 Board Meeting Registration
$150 Spouse/Guest Registration
** All Registration Fees are non-refundable after December 20, 2014. Prior to this date refunds will be made less a non-refundable $25 processing fee.

Sheraton Waikiki Hotel Room Rates: Single/Double: $290. A room block is held with arrival of 1/8/15 and departure on 1/12/15. This room rate may also be available 5 days pre and post based on availability so as early as 1/3/15 – 1/17/15. You can make your reservations by calling 808-931-4674. In order to receive the special group rate, you must identify yourself as attending the National Demolition Association event. You have until December 15, 2014 to make your room reservations at the contracted rates or until the room block is sold out.
