Regular Member
The applicant hereby applies for membership as a REGULAR MEMBER in the National Demolition Association, Inc., in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, Bylaws and rules of said Association. The undersigned certifies that:
  1. The applicant is regularly and actively engaged in the business of wrecking buildings, bridges, ships or other structures.

  2. The applicant is aware of the purposes, principles and rules of the Association and, if accepted as a Member, will faithfully uphold and abide by them and the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association now or hereafter duly adopted.

  3. An applicant for regular membership shall have a recommendation in writing from a member in good standing or, in the case of an applicant who does not know any members, two business references shall be required.

  4. If you are a demolition contractor in a state that requires a demolition license, please enclose a copy of your registration.

  5. If this application is not accepted by the Membership Committee, or if it is not confirmed by the Board of Directors, in accordance with the Bylaws, said amount will be returned to the undersigned.

The Annual Dues of Regular Members shall be as follows:

Associate Member
The applicant hereby applies for membership as an ASSOCIATE MEMBER in the National Demolition Association, Inc., a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, Bylaws and rules of said Association. The undersigned certifies that:
  1. The undersigned is regularly and actively engaged in the business of furnishing supplies, equipment or services to the demolition industry.

  2. The undersigned is aware of the purposes, principles and rules of the Association and, if accepted as a Member, will faithfully uphold and abide by them and the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association now or hereafter duly adopted.

  3. If this application is not accepted by the Membership Committee, or if it is not confirmed by the Board of Directors, in accordance with the Bylaws, said amount will be returned to the undersigned.

Annual Dues of Associate Members shall be $650.00

International Member
Annual Dues of International Members shall be $500.00. (Payable in U.S. Funds or equivalent, drawn on U.S. Bank)
