| NATIONAL DEMOLITION ASSOCIATION’S 40TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION The National Demolition Association is celebrating 40 years of service to the Demolition Industry at its Annual Convention March 23rd – 26th, 2013 in San Diego, CA. The NDA’s Annual Convention is the largest exposition of demolition equipment, products, and services in the world drawing everyone involved in the demolition process from across the globe.
This year’s 40th Anniversary Show will feature a celebration of the organization’s long history of commitment and service to the Demolition Industry. When your registration is received and processed, you will receive confirmation by email or by mail depending on how you submitted your registration.

PAYMENT INFORMATION The NDA accepts Checks, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Payment must be in US Dollars, drawn on a US bank.
REGISTRATION CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS All changes to a registration or cancellations must be made in writing to the National Demolition Association. You may mail, fax or e-mail them to the office. The deadline for pre-registration changes and cancellations is March 15, 2013. There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations after that date will be assessed a 20% service charge. If no notification is given to the NDA prior to the Convention, there will be no refunds. HOW TO RENT EXHIBIT SPACE Select your preferred booth(s) or Equipment Area space by consulting the floor plan of Exhibit Hall GH of the San Diego Convention Center. Indicate your choices on the Exhibit Space Application Form, calculate the cost and fax or mail the completed application with your 50% deposit (before December 31, 2012) or full payment (after December 31, 2012). The Association accepts Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Exhibitor space is initially allocated first by an Exhibit/Membership/Sponsor points system followed by a first come, first served basis. Contact the NDA for your standing in the points ranking. Online space rental is available at www.demolitionassociation.com. Exhibiting at the National Demolition Association’s 40th Anniversary Convention Includes: Registration for one exhibitor that covers all functions at the National Demolition Association’s spectacular show. GOLF TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The 26th Annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, March 23rd at Riverwalk Golf Club. There is a 12:00 pm shotgun start. Buses will leave the hotel at 10:30 am. Pairings will be posted near the NDA’s Registration desk in the San Diego Convention Center on Friday Afternoon, March 22nd. Please see the Registration Form on page ( 6 ) for details. |
