As part of the Administrations effort to create a more open and transparent government,
the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has launched an Office of Information and
Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) dashboard on a public website that discloses information
about the draft of regulations under Executive Order 12866.

Regulatory Review Dashboard

The OIRA dashboard graphically presents information about rules under OIRA review through an easy-to-use interactive display. The dashboard allows the public to sort rules by agency, length of review, stage of rulemaking, and economic significance.

RegInfo.gov

Reginfo.gov is produced by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). It contains links to Regulatory Reviews, Information Collection Reviews and access to other information about Federal regulatory and deregulatory activities.

This page provides annual lists of Executive Order reviews concluded and statistics on OIRA’s past reviews. The current year’s reports are updated monthly.
